What are your prints printed on?

I’ve seen a photograph of yours that I love, but it’s not offered on your shop. Am I able to purchase it as a print?

How do I best care for my prints?

My lustre prints are printed on Fuji Professional PD Lustre. The Fuji PD Lustre has a slight sheen (between matte and glossy) with a slight pebbled texture.

Your prints should be displayed in an area where they’re not subjected to direct sunlight. Ideally, lustre prints should be displayed in a frame behind acrylic glazing or glass specifically designed to help keep UV light from affecting your print. You can purchase any standard frame, however, I strongly recommend you invest in a professional framer to matt and mount lustre prints with an acid free matt board. Matting is essential to keep the print away from the glass and to allow the image to breathe, ensuring the longevity of your print. This is how I frame all of my prints to ensure they last a lifetime.

*All prints will fade to some degree or another over extended periods of time and may experience minor changes in colour.*

Please note the following:
The lustre prints DO NOT come matted or framed. This is so that you have the freedom to choose your own frames to go with other pieces in your home. If you wish to have them matted and framed so they are ready to go, please contact me directly at jen@wildflowerphotofilm.com and I'd be happy to give you a custom quote!
